(AESCT) in Columbia, Maryland to support local firms desiring to outsource multi-discipline engineering, document management, drafting and cost estimation support services. Later reformed in the year 2007 as AESIT Government Facilities, Inc. in Waldorf, Maryland our service model evolved to add cost effective long-lasting engineering, maintenance and workplace management solutions for commercial, military and government customers. Since then, aesit has relocated to Fairfax, Virginia and still provides it's customers with quality driven Architectural Engineering, Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
